Job Description
Coil Winder / Rewind Technician – Aerospace Motors & Generators (Training Provided)
Aircraft Electric Motors repairs and rebuilds electric motors and generator components for military aircraft, commercial airlines, and business jets. We've been in business since 1972. Hand coil winding is a skilled trade that few people know how to do, and we're hiring at every level: trainees with no experience, and experienced winders ready to work on their own.
What You'll Do
No Experience? We'll Train You.
You're a fit if you're good with your hands, patient with detailed work, and follow instructions exactly. A background in electrical work, automotive, HVAC, electronics assembly, manufacturing, or military technical training helps, but it isn't required. Training is paid and done on the job.
Experienced Winders
If you have 2+ years of motor, generator, armature, or coil winding experience, you'll start at a higher level with pay to match. Industrial motor shop experience counts, and we'll teach you aerospace. Part 145 or aerospace rewind experience is a strong plus.
