In this fast-paced, on-site role, you’ll greet and check in guests, answer questions about the casino, hotel, dining, and entertainment, and handle reservations and payments with accuracy. You’ll resolve issues quickly and professionally, working closely with team members to uphold our guest-first, tribal-values-driven culture.
