Multi-Care Medical is seeking a motivated, professional, and patient-focused Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Naples team Monday through Thursday.

We are looking for a PTA who enjoys working directly with patients, takes pride in providing quality care, and works well as part of a collaborative medical team. The ideal candidate is dependable, energetic, organized, and committed to creating a positive experience for patients throughout their recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist

• Carry out established physical therapy plans of care

• Provide appropriate hands-on treatment within the PTA scope of practice

• Utilize therapeutic modalities as indicated by the patient's plan of care

• Monitor patient response and progress throughout treatment

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Communicate changes in patient status to the supervising Physical Therapist

• Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment

Qualifications

• Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Excellent patient care and communication skills

• Dependable, professional, and organized

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

• Strong team-oriented attitude

• Previous outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
