Marketing Project Manager -AgencyWe are seeking a Specialist, Project Management to join our internal creative agency. This role will serve as the central project-management partner across Marketing, Creative, Production, and external agency teams.The ideal candidate is a highly organized and collaborative project manager who can manage multiple projects from inception through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and production requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in creative, marketing, advertising, or production project management who enjoys working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage full-cycle creative and marketing projects from kickoff through final delivery.Serve as the primary project-management hub for internal and external stakeholders.Develop, maintain, and communicate comprehensive project schedules, timelines, and work plans.Lead project status meetings and provide clear updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.Maintain accurate project information and status reporting in Workfront or similar project-management platforms.Partner with account leads to scope projects accurately and establish realistic timelines.Coordinate production requests across internal teams, clients, agencies, and other partners.Apply Agile/Kanban/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies based on project requirements.Coordinate projects across multiple media, including digital, e-commerce, print, video, broadcast, promotions, and packaging.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institution.3+ years of professional experience, including at least 1 year of project management experience.Experience working in an in-house creative agency, marketing/advertising agency, or similar client-service environment.At least 1 year of experience using project management tools such as Workfront, Jira, Monday.com, or comparable platforms.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting print production and packaging design projects.Experience working with creative, marketing, production, or advertising teams.
