We are seeking a highly talented Safety Engineer to join our BAE Systems' Reliability Sciences team, in the Electronic Systems (ES) sector's US Defense organization, which is involved with every stage of the equipment lifecycle from early concept through development, Integration & Test, production, and field support. You will work on teams developing and producing a variety of electronic equipment which is vital to support our customers' missions. These include systems which serve to protect F-35 and F-15 aircraft with digital electronic warfare technology to maximize mission effectiveness and survivability in highly contested environments by detecting and defeating ground-based and airborne threats. As a key contributor to our innovative teams, you will leverage your safety engineering expertise to analyze digital and analog electronics, power supplies, and electronic modules, ensuring compliance with industry and government safety standards. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
