Our team of approximately 200 employees help to provide quality housing for those who need a great place to call home. Our mission is to continue to acquire, transform and manage properties throughout the US and in Europe.

We have an immediate opening for a reliable, trustworthy and detail-oriented Housekeeper supporting the owner’s residences. This is a part-time position (approximately 24 hours per week, typically three days—Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) with an eventual opportunity to expand to full-time or take on additional hours as needs grow. Standard working hours will fall between 8:30am–5:00pm, and we will remain flexible for the hired candidate.

The role is primarily based at the Saugatuck residence, with responsibilities that may also include supporting other residences as operational needs evolve.

What You Will Be Doing:

• General cleaning and upkeep of the home to include kitchen, bedrooms, living areas and bathrooms.
• Ability to perform grocery shopping and other errands as needed during the work shift.
• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, counter tops, and sinks.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area.
• Making beds and changing linens.
• Washing windows.
• Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs.
• Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors.
• Sorting, washing, loading, unloading and folding laundry.
• Ironing clothing items.
• Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools.
• Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies.
• Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces.
• Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste.
• Steaming and cleaning draperies.
• Washing blinds.
• Tidying up rooms.
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed.
• Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements.
• Coordinating access to the residence for scheduled maintenance and service appointments, including greeting vendors, providing access to necessary areas, and communicating any relevant updates or concerns to the home office.
• Perform other job duties and tasks as requested by the homeowners.

Qualified Candidates Require:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Exceptional organization/multi-tasking skills.
• Good attitude and work ethic.
• Strong ethics and moral compass.
• Valid driver’s license for transportation between homes and for running errands, as needed.

Physical Demands:

• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in the housekeeping or related area preferred.
