Work Your Neighborhoods: Build your own extra cash by talking to neighbors around active job sites to land high-paying self-generated deals. What You Need 2+ Years in Trades / In-Home Sales: Real experience selling residential roofing, solar, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical in the field—not sitting behind a retail counter.
