Job Description

Salary: $145,600 - 176,800 per year Requirements:

• At least 5 years of UX or product design experience with demonstrable, measurable business impact.
• Advanced Figma expertise, including design systems, tokens, prototyping, and scalable file organization.
• Strong understanding of user motivation, business context, and decision-making.
• Confident, persuasive communication with senior stakeholders, including the ability to explain and defend design decisions.
• High standards, personal accountability, and a track record of owning measurable outcomes such as conversion, adoption, or retention.
• A portfolio demonstrating ownership, sound decision-making, measurable impact, rigorous UX, and polished visual execution; outcomes should be clearly explained.
• Senior-level experience in demanding environments; experience at a respected design agency or consultancy is valued.
• Experience building or scaling a design system, leading strategy-shaping workshops, mentoring designers, or delivering measurable impact for recognized brands or agencies is an advantage.

• Lead major design initiatives from discovery through delivery, define success measures, align teams, and deliver against customer and business metrics.
• Establish design standards and ensure flows, components, and presentations are purposeful, precise, and well executed.
• Create experiences that support conversion, retention, adoption, and other measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate directly with strategists, product leaders, engineers, founders, executives, and client stakeholders.
• Use AI to accelerate exploration, synthesize insights, and shorten delivery timelines while maintaining quality.
• Lead end-to-end client engagements, present work to senior client stakeholders, and improve existing systems, flows, or design processes with documented impact.
